This could not be the case since god wants women to dress modestly and wear clothing.

The person who is born again and having taken up his cross to follow christian should lovingly and joyfully follow the word. I know that the fashion world now shows that the more skin you show the sexier you are. Timothy 2 8 10 says women should dress themselves modestly and decently in suitable clothing not with their hair braided or with gold pearls or expensive clothes but with good works many women will interpret this verse in a different way like they should only wear drab clothes or not apply makeup or not wear jewelry. A christian must always be dressed modestly decently.
